Our ‘Masters’ or as we refer to them as our ‘old ducks’ are any of our players – past or present – who fall into the 30+ category. Once you turn 30, you then qualify to participate in the many ‘masters games’ held across the country.
These are usually weekend tournaments, or often times week long tournaments, that require travel and time away from your job / families. They also are a great time for reminiscing on your youth, travelling for sport, spending time with friends and reigniting friendships.
Our masters teams are usually formed based on who can make it and who can get the time off work. It’s usually a ‘surprise’ bag, which makes it all the more exciting.
TeamSTELLAR have always taken part in ‘Pan Pacific Masters Games’ held bi-annually on the Gold Coast and usually offer 2 teams: a 30+ team, and a 40+ team. This tournament is never a dull moment and our faces are usually sore by the end of the week from laughing and smiling.
We are constantly looking into more tournaments to offer our members but always ensure we gauge interest and numbers before proceeding.
